Restoring hope in excellent customer service!

I visited the Keywest store at the end of February and I'd just like to commend the entire team for a wonderful experience from start to finish. The shop assistant grabbed a trolley for me when the items I intended purchasing got too heavy for me to carry. They were there to help me source the items I couldn't find. The tellers also assisted me with a few things that went beyond their call of duty. It was certainly a pleasant change from the normal shopping experience in most stores these days and I will most definitely be returning again soon. Two thumbs up for excellent client service.
