Refusing to pay me back my money
On the 21st of Sep I received confirmation email from one of their employee stating that my refund will take 5-7 “ working days” I waited and still waiting on the 18th Oct. Mr Price is refusing to pay me back my OWN money after I have cancelled my online order. Not sure why they refusing to refund me yet they have the audacity to call me daily to offer me their products. At this point I don’t even trust their product offering.

Your colleague Zihle on email said my refund will take 5-7 working days and that was on the 5th of October. I’m sure you can understand that I’ve waited more than 7 working days. So please do an urgent refund as I have things to do with the money or at least put yourselves in my shoes.
