Refused Refund

Good day.

I went to MRP Home at Hemmingways mall East London to do a refund on items that I had purchased. I have my slip with me and I was told they can't do a refund because they do not have money. It was at 12:20 . She further to me that it's not her problem and gave me so much attitude.
