Refuse to exchange products less than a month old.
I bought 5 scatter cushions on 16 December 2024. I gave them a hand wash and 2 of them started to tare on the edges. As per the store (Paarl Mall) i am not allowed to wash the scatters. This is the reason they cannot replace the scatters that cleary shows factory fault as both of them tore right on the edge since it is weaved. This is just unacceptable from such a big company. The scatters are not even a month old.

08 Jan 2025, 12:57I was sent to the store for a return and they still refused to return the scatters. After a long hassle they decided to return the scatters but didnt want to give my money back. I had to take a voucher and you cant even buy online with a voucher. This after i bought my things online. Your service is pathetic really. I am now forced to go back to a store. Ridiculous
