Refusal to refund

It's been months every since I am waiting for a refund. Palesa Diana promised that I will receive the funds in the Bank account in 3-7 Days and it's been few weeks since I am awaiting for a refund. I am writing to you that If I don't receive the funds in the end of the day I am going to the nearest Mr Home, demand the refund and cause a scene. You think black people are stupid and they don't know their consumer right
