Refusal to Credit faulty lamps!

I bought two (2) lamps from Mr Price Home in Auckland Park. Both lamps had faulty on/off switches, and withing days of using the lamps both switches stopped working which meant the lamps would not switch on or off for that matter. Upon taking them back to Mr Price Home in Campus Square shopping centre, the manageress was more interested in the discoloration of the white plastic part where the globe fits into as to the actual complaint of the on/off switches not working. A refund was refused.
