Refund not reflecting on a bank statement

Good day

I am going to write about this until you understand the money I want is what I have worked hard for and I did not stand in a corner to get it. I have never received the funds and I am told that they have refunded me . PLEASE advise where can I send my bank statement to show that the funds were never received
