Refund my money!

Totally disgusted by the service received!

Please note that I placed an order with Mr Price Home on 8th June 2020. Since then I received a few of my items but 3 were on hold for quite some time. I tried calling the customer care line multiple times, it literally rings for over 6-8min before someone answers... sometimes there's no answer at all! I have tried emailing, and I've gotten no responses.

I then called over 2 weeks now to get the 3 items that had been placed on hold for a month now, to be canceled and refunded. When I finally got through to someone to get these refunded, the lady said I would receive an email confirming my refund being processed the next day and guess what, this obviously did not happen.

I tried emails therafter again on 3rd July and I still have not receieved a response. I try to call the customer care line and there's never an answer.

This service is ridiculous. And I just want my money back! Please process my refund on the 3 items on hold and give me my money back.

I called again last weekend and all they can say is that the order is sitting with the warehouse to be cleared and there is nothing they can do. I'm sorry, but it does not take you 3 weeks to process a refund!! I have exploited all my options and I have not receievd any joy. I will never place an online order with Mr price again.

They don't care about their customers. Please refund my money!!!!!
