Refund for undelivered items
I placed an order on 01 August 2020. Only 1 of the 3 items I ordered where delivered on 6 August 2020. I called the call centre and spoke to Courtney (who refused to give her last name) who insisted that I would be refunded the amount for the other 2 items. I’ve sent another follow email on the 18 August 2020. I have yet to receive any feedback or even just acknowledgement of my email.
Can I please be refunded the amount for the 2 items.

28 Aug 2020, 19:20To date nothing has happened here except for krishnie Mudaray saying money has been transferred into my account when no such transfer being captured as a transaction In my account. This accounts to theft and Mr Price doesn’t respond to my emails until weeks if not days later. This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Bring my money back.
