REFUND FOR ITEMS THAT I STILL UNDER BACKET LIST37

Im really sadden by my experience. I purchased 7 items on the MR Price App. total of 874.93. I submitted my payment but my Items are still hanging in the basket still but the payment was deducted. I then went back to check my order if it was paid, then another deduction went off.

I urgently need a refund of a total of 1600. my experience wasn't good with the call centre.
