I’ve placed an online order on the 3rd of February 2023 and I was told that it will take 2 weeks and I chose to receive my cot at Vredenburg Weskus mall, Mr Price Home

The order took more than 3 weeks , I went to the store to do enquiries and we find out that the order was cancelled without any communication

we cancelled it and requested for a refund, we were told that we will get a refund within 48 hours but still nothing . Now the order is untraceable online

Please pay our money back R2000 is a lot of money.

We want nothing to do with Mr Price Home and we don’t want their gift card we want our money back asap

Imagine R2000 worth of gift card 😳, there’s nothing we wanna buy there ever again.

We paid via FNB card, so put our money back there. I’ve sent the details (bank statement)via email
