Refund

Went to mr price home greenstone on the 25th of november and tapped with my phone and was told the transaction was not successful, i paid cash for my stuff and went to a shop next door and when i tried tapping it was declined and i got an insufficient message. I checked on the app only to see the money went out at mr price, went back to the store and the manager told me i will get my money back by the end of the day of which i never got until today,I sent them bank statements but i cant get my R415, they told me i have to query with my bank but the bank told me they cant help me as they can see the money went out at mr price home. Can i just get my money i am tired of this up and down
