Refund

Guys please be aware of Mr Price online shopping , I have been trying to get my refund on 2 online purchase that they cancelled on their side , The first purchase was made in June this year the second one was made in on the 07th September this year ,I follow up every single day and they are refusing to refund me , they give me different stories every time , I posted a review the last time they immediately contacted me immediately and rep**** to my review promising to resolve it . It is still not resolved , Almost 1.2 K is gone and they are not willing to assist . Be cautious , I have send them proof of payment and all the info they requested
