I had a horrible experience .I have made online purchase using my voucher and settled the difference via EFT .The next day my order was cancelled .I have been calling ,sending e-mails and tried whats app chats , I have been dealing with rude impatient consultants all along , Does it mean I will forfeight my R 1100.00 ? I have been following up since the 07th September 2020 no 1 is willing to assist
