Refund!!!

Ordered chairs online. The chairs had no parts to assemble it and the legs were rusted. Lodged a complaint for the product to be picked up and get a refund. It took 2 weeks and numerous calls to get them to collect the chairs. Now I am battling to get my refund. I have phoned numerous times and get sent from pillar to post. I am left to hold on for 15-20 minutes (I have screenshots). I still haven’t received my refund and people say they will phone me back with an answer but needless to say, they never do. Everytime I need to hold on for 20 minutes it is costing me money. The last person I spoke to, Nathi, also assured me he will call me back, I am still waiting. My order number is ********** 18580. I am sure you can trace all the people I have spoken to. Eagerly awaiting (but not counting) on a response. This is already a month since I have ordered it.
