Really disappointed in Mr P

I have shopped with Mr Price for many years & have always been happy with the quality and service, but it seems that Mr P home is starting to drop its standards. Decided to shop online to take advantage of the offer of R400 off for every purchase of R2000 or more. Silly when I think about it now because with a delivery fee of R250 you aren't really saving much, and I could've saved myself this headache. Placed my order with great excitement and logistics company was good when I got it 5 days later. But then I opened it, and discovered not only was the plasma stand damaged, but so was the glass coffee table. Multiple scratches on it, and the melamine on the plasma stand was already starting to peel. The boxes were in good condition, and all the damage obviously comes from production or the warehouse in packing items. Initiated a return online after speaking to a consultant, and I said I wanted to return items and go buy them myself. Imagine my surprise when I get a call from logistics company to come and collect the damaged goods and exchange them. Now what? Wish I had more space... (Can you believe items I bought in store also damaged? Never again.)
