racially devided team

I was at Mr price home in this week twice and i was very saddened by what i saw. There are two young coloured ladies in the store who seem to be the only 2 staff in the store as they always attend to me.i asked where's the manager and the rest of the staff they informed me that they on tea. I'm confused as to how two manage to watch an entire floor and still cash my items up at the cashdesk. The nature of staff members in your store is ridiculous as the other 3 members return to the sales floor an hour later speaking zulu the 2 young ladies continue their work as the 3 continue to stand on the sales floor and have their conversation and not do any work.as a resident in the bluff area and a loyal customer at Mr Price home i am shattered that there's a clear division in staff simply because of race. The manager is *********** person who should step down as she does not show any management criteria. I was also at Mr price home last Sunday with my mom and she was also shocked by this. We are highly upset and will let people around the area know what happens in the store. As a person that has studied in this field of retail i see there needs to be a change as it will affect sales.
