R50 000, 5 weeks later AND NO DELIVERY!!!

Requested a quote from Mr Price Home begining of October. After nagging for a invoice to make payment on the order we received the invoice WEEKS later. We paid R50 000 on the 27th of October 2015 and to date have not received a single item! We were told 2 weeks after payment we will receive the order. (Not mentioning we have spend an additional R60 000 in the past 2 months in Mr Price Home as well)<br> <br> Speaking with the Regional Manager is a nightmare- no direct line and most of the time he is not available. So eventually we get dates and times for delivery,,, End of November and Mid December! We need the items to stock apartments that will be rented for holiday accommodation, we can wait until then. We worked on the 2 weeks time line given to us right before we made payment. If we knew it would take this long, we would have gone to another store! Now no one is willing to accommodate us in getting our order to us as soon as possible.<br> <br> You have had 6 WEEKS to get everything together?? 6 WEEKS!! This is totally unacceptable!!
