R1000 Duvet thats losing it stuffing after 3 months

Hi there. We enjoy shopping from Mr Price home. the staff are friendly and great. We have had one issue that we just can't seem to get sorted out though. About 3 months ago we decided to buy a queen size duvet from Mr Price. It definitely was not one of the cheaper duvets coming at just under R1000.

We had bought the very same duvet for our double bed and really enjoy it. No hassels at all.

The Queen sized one however constantly loses its stuffing and creates such a mess in the room that we cant even use it.

My wife had tried to log this via the mr price website but we could not get a response.

With the Duvet being 3 months old- we certainly did not keep the slip. This duvet makes such a mess that at the moment we would rather just not use it. We have been trying to get this Duvet exchanged for another one which does not loose its stuffing.

Could somone please help?
