Quality and service

I've bought two bar Acrylic white chairs from Mr Home Mall Of The North, first of April 2018, the two chairs has dents already within two weeks, everytime you put it under the bar and bumps on it they paint or acrylic get scratched, I mean I should have gone to China City got myself cheaper chairs,but I went to Mr Price Home believing in their quality, I'm also disappointed in the service because I did go to the Shop to tell the manager my concerns, who then asked me to send him pictures,I did that,I was then asked to take pictures from a different angle,I did send,also they asked I send proof of purchase, I did that, but it's been 3 weeks waiting for their respond,or feed back,if it was one chair having dents I would think maybe it's me,but both chairs have dents, I'm questioning myself of the quality,I really did not expect that. I'm really disappointed in the quality and the service.
