Products paid for not received

*********** staff and poor service received! Didnt receive the products that I paid for. The courier company On the dot didnt follow the correct procedure by calling the customer and delivered the items that I paid for to an unknown person (not even to the security at a high end security estate) and now there is a delay in receiving the items that I paid for!!! I paid for a product and service and I have to receive those items. It is not the customers responsibility to resolve this problem with on the dot. Deliver my items and sort is out with on the dot. Send them to collect it from this “Phillip” person that they delivered to asap or I will escalate this matter further. The items should be delivered to the customer and to the correct address.
