Product ordered was Discontinued

My girlfriend ordered a chair from Mr Price Home. Everything went smoothly and the chair was ordered.. We were told that the chair would take 14 working days till it would arrive.. Bought and ordered on the 30th of september..<br> <br> It is now 2 weeks later and we decided to go to the store to ask about the chair just as a check up to see if it was maybe there or if it was still being expected.. we were told by one of the employees that this chair we ordered had been discontinued and that it wasnt going to arrive.. we got our money back but without an apology or any other advice on another chair that we could get and we were still charged the admin fee... <br> <br> The service we had was very dissapointing and i got quite frustrated when asking if the suppliers do not contact the store to tell them that the product is not going to arrive and explain what happened so that the store could contact us in order to let us know, instead of waiting the 2 weeks in anticipation of a new chair that we really wanted...
