Product did not even exist

I ordered quite a few curtains online, to be delivered to a store. They bungled my order, and I could not even return them online as there is no return button! After using both the whatsapp service and calling in, the consultants were not helpful. I had to run around to sort out their mess, having to cart these things back to the original store myself, even though they stuffed it up. Eventually, after hours of trying to sort this out and calling other stores, they tell me that they do not even have these curtains: it was incorrectly tagged on their system. Nationwide.
