prices!

Good day, I just came from your branch in Cavendish wanting to buy a couch. I was standing infront of it telling the staff that I would like the red couch that is clearly marked R2700. As I go to the counter to pay I ask the lady to please go ring up the couch. Litteraly in 5mins the price went up to R3000. Ridiculous. I am also in retail and when someone tells me that they want a certain item that is clearly priced then they get it at that price OR I take of the prices if I know it is going up!! Please teach your staff basics!! I will be happily shopping at Coricraft for a decent couch and will not return. Also- your manager at canal walk branch has her head in the clouds. I was busy applying for an account with her, the phone rings, she picks it up and deals with the client on the phone, 5mins later she turns around and asks me if I have been helped. Hello??!! Everytime I go to a Mr price home you are out of stock of basics.please train your staff on customer service!!
