PRICE

Good morning, on the 7th September i shopped at Mr Price Home. I am appalled by the way i have been handled at Mr Price Home store in Cavendish Cape Town. Firstly i would like to know what is your policy regarding a price on a item and the customers rights. i have been to the store and found a quilt marked R129.00 to me the customer that was a bargain. When i wanted to pay for the quilt i was told its the incorrect price. A gentleman by name of Clinton was called to the counter and explained to me that the price is incorrect. I insisted to speak to someone at head office which he called and i spoke to Nicotine. after she heard my side that i insisted as a customer to pay the price i see on the item she requested to speak to Clinton. What was discussed i did not hear but after the call he told me that i cannot get it at that price because the price belong to something else! i told him thats not my problem and i will take it further.
