Premium duvet inner PATHETIC QUALITY WHERE THE INSIDE COMES OUT

I purchased their premium duvet inner @ R1800 for our new king size bes in May. 2 and a half months later I noticed when changing the cover the entire room is full of fluff. I have never seen this not even from the cheapest divet inner. I contacted their online department that told me I needed to go to my nearest Mr P Home. I advised that I do onlune shopping for a reason and why couldnt they exchange or refund. They said it would take weeks. We were away and last weekend I had time to take it back. Now becaise its 90 days they refuse to refund or exchange as I also dont have the original packaging. I DIDNT PLAN TO GIVE IT BACK AS WHAT CAN GO WRONG WITH AN INNER??? Apparently a lot. I logged a complaint on FB and its been 5 business days without feedback!!!!!!!!!! The entire room looks like snow when you use it. Its been in that bag since August. I want my money back!!!!!!!! Will gladly share pictures!
