Order number *** refers. Half of the order was not delivered. After spending MANY MANY (it takes an avg of 20 mins for Mr Price Home to answer the phone) hours on the phone hearing the same excuse every-time "We are waiting for feedback from the warehouse" The second parcel was shipped a week and a half later. Open the parcel - guess what? Half of the stuff is not there. I am fed up, I want my money back. Even asking to speak to a manager does not help. They promised me a refund - we will have to see if this get processed without follow up.
