Poor value chain

This is the most useless value chain of all franchises. I purchased a sleeper couch and table it took more two weeks. I cancelled the order when it finally came to week three. The customer care agent argues on the phone stating that its right. Raising her voice and screaming, forcing me to take the order. Absolutely, disgraceful. I hope I don't get charged anything because I called early on to cancel this order week 1. She stated it can't be cancelled your order is on its way and then it still took another two weeks. Absolutely useless, when there's stock at a Mr price home near me. I would never ever recommend this store to anyone and quality is inferior. It was just for decorative piece. Which thankfully I proceeded to buy from a competitor. Customer relations are terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
