Poor Service regarding online order from MR PRICE HOME
So I placed an order online on either the 19th or 20th April 2026. Yesterday I received an email regarding my order status saying that it has been charged to scheduled for delivery today.
I called city logistics and they said that my order is still in Joburg and they not sure when I will get this order. I called Mr Price Home to also follow up all I’m being told is they cannot tell me when I will get this order and we will escalate.
It is now over a week that I’m waiting for delivery with no indication when I’ll get my order or any update regarding this. I am not happy with this at all.
