Poor service/ online order

I bought a bed online and I was told delivery takes 3-5 working days. I didn’t have a problem with that. Weeks went pass still no bed. When I call their customer care line they telling me they still need to talk to their courier. I will not buy anything online from this company. I’m tired of waiting for the bed. Zero help received.
