Poor service

I visited the store in Rustenburg Mall to buy a gift voucher and before me there was a lady who was buying and her items needed to be wrapped and I think they were 20 or above and the cashier needed to wrap them while I wait that is not my problem ,my problem is that there were 4 other people busy with packing the stock would it killed them to assist the cashier with wrapping while he concentrated on assisting the client but no I had to wait for 17 minutes while the other 2 were chitchatting poor service indeed
