Poor Service

Want to share the horrible experience I encounter with a online order placed 02/03. I order x6 towels, paid the requested amount only to receive a email the next day that x2 of the items is not in stock any more. When I received the parcel few days later, i noticed x1 towel is grey and much smaller than the other x3 towels. (50% of the order was wrong/not received) I'v send multiple emails, requesting a summary and breakdown of my order even went to my local branch for help. The agent assigned to my case does not answer my questions, her respond is very vaue and not helpful. Im really frustrated and dissapointed, issue still not resolved.
