Poor service delivery

I opened an account with Mr Price and was promised discount vouchers will be smsed to me. I only received 2 so far. I have called in and sent messages many times however i still have mot received it. I am starting to believe Mr Price doesn't not have integrity or keep to their promises and will have reconsider supporting them in the future.
