Poor Service

I purchased an item on the Mr Price App.

I, me chose the wrong delivery adress, I made a mistake.

In-store, on the App as well as telephonically I was told that thats it theres nothing that can be done i need to collect it at the store, it was my mistake and it cant be corrected.

Fortunately for me i persisted and was eventually told there is a process its just a lengthy one.

Educate the staff of the processes. Also teach your staff to be more courteous i know i was wrong but, "its what you chose" and ending the call or chat is not customer service.
