Poor service

Had a horrible experience at the Mr Price home in V&A Waterfront store , The sales consultants aren’t. I went to the waterfront branch to get duvet cover , after table bay mall and canal walk reassured me they had more than enough stock. I got to the shop and walked around for abit before getting helped , I showed the girl what I wanted she proceeded to tell me she’s going upstairs to check . She came back down a few minutes later telling me , her exact words were there is stock however she WONT get on a ladder to get it down . Instead of asking another consultant, we stood staring at each other I told her I came all the way from Westbeach wanting the duvet and she just shook her head and mumbled something I couldn’t hear. She didn’t even bother to give me an alternative or tell me to come back at a later time. She was stern on her answer about not climbing on a ladder . Telling me she wasn’t tall enough . Instead of asking someone to help her Her entire attitude towards me was uncalled for . This was not the treatment I expected , one would think the consultants would be helpful , it makes sense why people would go to Woolworths and pay that extra money
