Poor Service

I recently purchased 2 pack of 3 mirrors from Mr Price Home Kyalami corner. When we opened the package the items were scratched. I took it back to have it exchanged and the Store Manager wanted me to pay a difference. I explained to her that it was not my fault that the goods were damaged. She did not want to contact head office for assistance.

I contacted head office and was told the area manager will contact me within 24hrs. Its been over a week and I was still not contacted. When i call to follow up and ask what is the status, I get told that they have escalated the matter and the area manager will contact me.

Extremely poor after care from Mr Price Home. bad service
