Poor service by Mr Price Home online service

Mr Price home online service is very poor. I bought a side board about a month ago. It had soo many technical/quality issues. The very same day it was delivered I called and explain to them my dissatisfaction with the product. (I was not home when it was delivered). They said they will send a replacement. They did bring the replacement after a couple weeks, I had to tweet and tag them for them to respond though. When the replacement eventually came, it also had quality/technical issues, the delivery guys even tried to adjust the *****s. I however refused to accept delivery for it. The guys took it back, together with the first one that was initially delivered and I made it clear that I want my money back. It's been 3 weeks now trying to get assistance. I am always taken from pillar to post. I don't want to even talk about their call center agents because they will put one hold until you run out of patience. Never again will I consider them for my shopping needs. They must just give me my money back.
