Poor service and delivery,

We purchased a set of throws and Mr price Brooklyn mall. They never had stock so they assisted us Online! What a nightmare it's been so far. No matter how many times we call online to see where our order is no one can help. We have been in store and no one can help. Everytime you call online you wait for so long and waste your airtime!!! The service is shocking and we are disgusted that no one can help us. No one accepts responsibility or makes an effort to help!!!!
