Poor service and app function

Struggling to get hold of Mr. Price Home, as I have tried for 6 days already. I placed a order online, first I struggled to get the order traced, as it does not reflect on the app as ordered and paid. When they did get back to me, my order was delivered incomplete. According to the whapp customer care auto reply, my order does not exist anymore. But I can not get hold of a customer care representative to resolve this.
