Poor Service

tombikababa Mshengu I made an online purchase with Mr Price Home,I followed up on my order apparently it was delivered i don't know to where and to who because I never received my goods...

I have been following up i even went to City Logistics in Germiston premises who is their courrier to take my goods they said they do not give customers the goods...to my surprise when i follow up it was said to be delivered on the day i went to City Logistics as to where and to who i don't know,they didn't even call me on that day which was the 15nth December 2022...

I have requested a signed POD im waiting still ,the whatsapp people are even ignoring me now....can I atleast get my money back you can keep the goods No wonder theres no call line only whatsapp line...the service is bad
