Poor Service

I have ordered curtains online, because they did not have the size in store.... normally form Mr Price I will get a email with my order confirmation, so I phoned them and asked them about it, they said the technical people will phone me back about that!! I have placed the order and Monday and was hoping to get it on Friday, we are getting guest for the weekend and do not have any curtains for the room.......Nobody has phoned me back, when will i get my order??
