Poor Service

Hello Peter please assist me, I have received an unfair and bad service from Mr Price home online. On the 26th I purchased bar stools online, made full payment and also paid for assembling of the chairs they were then delivered on Sat the 30th (not on the agreed time) the driver was 5hrs late. Chairs were delivered but not assembled, the delivery guy said he can’t do it nor was he instructed to assemble. I have been calling at the online store for assistance, they are sending me fro Pilot to post lie and say the driver is on his way since Monday 2 Dec 2024. I have paid but no assistance from the Mr Price personnel. A gentleman named Mohamed from logistics is the biggest **** he promises to call back, to send drivers but nothing.
