Poor Service

I was at Mr price home in Hillcrest on the 3rd of September 2021 to collect my online order. The guy that was called to assist me his name Hloniphani was extremely rude and had no interest in assisting me in fact it looked like I was wasting his time... Firstly when he approached me and my husband he didn't even greet us but asked me to give him my receipt with an attitude of which I told this was an online order & I only have an order number not a receipt of which he responded by saying there is no such I should have a receipt & I told him I have collected many online orders before with no receipt but an email & an order number and he asked who said I must come there all of this is said with an attitude as if I can not read or understand what's written on the email I had to give him my phone so he can read for himself and he went to collect the item and threw it on the counter and asked a cashier to see what she can do with it and walked away and the cashier was even appalled by his behavior. I have been a Mr Price customer for many years and I don't appreciate this kind of behavior it is uncalled for & disgusting. I would really like to thank the lady that took over from him Sibe, she was really nice and helpful to us and even she said she didn't understand why the guy had to be so rude to us and in fact she was as shocked as us.
