Poor service

I bought 2 vouchers from Mr Price Home online. One voucher was a duplicate as the Mr. Price home website was showing that the transaction did not go through. After checking my banking app, I realized 2 transactions had been done so I contacted Mr . price home to get the refund. I have been chasing that refund since 1st October and one month later I'm still waiting. The feedback is always that the money will reflect the following week. This is the worst kind of service, very disappointing. I will never ever purchase from Mr price again, I have learned my lesson.
