Poor service

I went to mr price home on the 27th March at Brits mall to pay my account, there were three cashiers. One busy with the customer the other two were standing there speaking Zulu and laughing I stand there as if I am for ten minutes no one greed or ask how they can help how rude they are, until I leave. I went to mr price sport I was helped immediately. These is unacceptable they should treat customers with respect.
