Poor service
<p>Went to Mall of Africa to return 2 items, to be told that the system is off line to I must wait, after waiting for 10 minutes they said it's still off line and I should come back later. The only reason I went to Mall of Africa was to return these items. So I paid parking entrance for nothing and now I still need to go back at some point to another Mr Price Home to return the items. How can a retailer be offline? According to the CPA, the consumer has a right to return a good. </p> <p>Please advise on the way forward.</p>
