Poor Service

I visited Mr Price @ Galleria Mall today to buy Cushions for my sitting room I took all the Cushions that I needed when I was @ the till I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the staff and manager to search for the code for one of the Cushions coz there was no tag in that Cushion waited for them by the till point with no feedback so I decided to cancel that Cushion and took another one they didn't even apologize for keeping me standing that long I'm so disappointed with their service shame.
