Poor Service

I ordered a bed from Mr Price Home in December and it was delivered last week without assembly instructions and missing parts. I am unable to use the bed now and I have requested the assembly instructions and parts from them on numerous occasions. I followed up again this morning with the reference number that was given to me and still waiting for the agent to get back to me on an update.

Really disappointing service and will not be ordering furniture from them again
