POOR RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CASHIERS : JENNIFER AND COLLEGUE

ON Friday 05 November 21 I was buying pair of sneakers on sale in this store as I was about to pay there was one shoe in a box which then notified the cashier who then checked and advised her colleague named Jennifer was in charge of the department and will assist us we then await as Jennifer was bust with another client. Once she was finished she told the other cashier who then said why must Jennifer help me as there is nothing they can do its only one shoe. I asked Jennifer if they selling only that sneaker and with the attitude rudely said but there is nothing she can do flipping the box I told her I like it and was going to buy it. Within a minute she return with the box now raising a voice and said there is no second shoe in the box what is it that she must do I told her I need to buy the shoe and will pay for the 1 shoe and give her time to look for it as it was on the shelve. Jennifer looked on the system very agitated and her colleague on her right side keep telling what is it that I WANT as I stood there more than 30min I asked JENNIFER for the contact number or email address of the manager she refused and said they don’t have the email address which was strange also there was no telephone number.

The team in the store by the cashiers are really rude unprofessional and disrespectful. Jennifer also gave me the store manager as Anneli Du Toit and yet on the receipt store manager Eunies. Jennifer then said she was going to check and call me which she never asked for my contact number. I told her I was going to come on Tuesday 09/11/21 for the purchase of those sneakers and left after an 1hr waiting. This was the bad and poor service ever from this Lifestyle MR PRICE Sport branch
