Poor returns and refund process from Mr price home online

I have recently had the worst customer service from Mr Price home online with an order that I returned because I was not happy with the product. They make it seem like the returns process is seamless but I kept calling Mr price home and did not get assistance I was eventually assisted by the courier company that facilitated the delivery by calling Mr Price home on my behalf and eventually the order was picked up. Secondly the worst of it all is that till today I still await my refund and again Mr price home is sending me from pillar to post but dololo my refund and recently they told me that the courier company is responsible for refunds I mean how bizarre is that. I still don't have my money and they already taken back their item. Consumers be warned and think twice before purchasing from Mr price home
